Effective date: 21 July 2026. Last updated for PayGuard Talent.
1. Agreement
By accessing https://travels.payguard.org.ng, https://travels.payguard.ng, or submitting enquiries to PayGuard Talent, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Nature of services
PayGuard Talent provides information, counselling, preparation programmes, and facilitation related to African talent development, employer partnerships, international education, workforce mobility, candidate development, and relocation support.
We do not guarantee admissions, visas, scholarships, employment, licensing, or immigration outcomes. Government authorities, institutions, and employers make independent decisions.
3. Website content
Content is provided for general information and educational purposes. Destination rules, fees, programme requirements, and labour-market conditions change. Always verify critical requirements with official sources before acting.
4. Consultations and engagements
Submitting a form does not create a paid service contract. Separate written agreements may govern paid programmes, partnership arrangements, or specialised services.
You agree to provide accurate information. Misleading documents or false statements may result in termination of engagement and may have legal consequences beyond our control.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, probe vulnerabilities, overload infrastructure, scrape content at abusive scale, submit spam, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
Site design, text, logos, and original materials are owned by PayGuard Talent or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute substantial content without prior written permission, except for personal non-commercial reference.
7. Third-party services
Links to universities, government sites, employers, financial partners, or other organisations are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices unless a separate written partnership agreement states otherwise.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayGuard Talent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from use of the site or reliance on information provided.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayGuard Talent from claims arising from your misuse of the site, your submission of false information, or your violation of these terms.
11. Complaints
Complaints regarding website conduct or service communications may be sent to travels@payguard.org.ng. We will review good-faith complaints and respond within a reasonable period.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
